Contract Templates
When creating a Service Contract you can choose to use a pre-defined Contract Template that will complete some of the contract basis information for you.
This saves time and helps ensures consistency.
Use the + icon to add a new Contract Template or the > icon to edit an item.
The ... Item Menu will allow you to delete an item in the list unless this item is used in other data.

Name
Description of the Contract Template.
Contract Type
use the > icon to select from a list of Contract Types. These specify other contract defaults that the template will use.
To Allocated
Specifies the number of Hours / Minutes or Days that Service Tickets raised under the contract must comply with.
Use the icon to change Hour/Minute/Day setting for this entry.
To Scheduled
Specifies the number of Hours / Minutes or Days that Service Tickets raised under the contract must comply with.
Use the icon to change Hour/Minute/Day setting for this entry.
To Started
Specifies the number of Hours / Minutes or Days that Service Tickets raised under the contract must comply with.
To Completed
Specifies the number of Hours / Minutes or Days that Service Tickets raised under the contract must comply with.
