Customers

The Customers option is used to maintain details of customers that are used in the service desk. The term 'customer' refers to the site or contact where services are performed.

Tapping the customer line or the > icon will open the customer record.

The icon will add a new customer.

You may define as many customers as needed.

Duet system generated ID for this item (read only)

Code

Your code for the customer.

Contact Name

Name of your contact at the customer.

Email

Email address of customer.

Telephone

Telephone number of the customer.

Website

Website of the customer.

Currency

Set to the home currency defined in Company You can use the > icon to select from a list.

Existing Location(s)

Location(s) of the customer.

Multiple Locations can be linked. Each location can also hold contact information. i.e. Office, Stores, Sales

The icon can be used to add locations.

Tapping the location line will open the location record.

Use the icon to select existing locations for this customer.

Contracts

Any Contracts for this customer will be listed.

Multiple Locations can be created. they are automatically linked to this customer during the creation process.

Tapping the location line or the icon will open the contract record.

Assets

Any Assets for this customer will be listed.

Multiple assets can be created. they are automatically linked to this customer during the creation process.

Tapping the asset line or the > icon will open the asset record.
