Offline Tickets

The Offline Tickets option functions in both offline and online modes and enables the user to manage tickets without sending them to the server and to edit previously stored offline entries.

The screen shows when the various codes that are available for selection were last updated.

Offline Ticket List

Ticket entries remain stored on the device until the user opts to send them to the server, or erases the website data from the web-browser.

Uploading Offline Entries

Offline tasks entries can be upload when an online connection to the server is available.

Use the Action Menu Option - Resync Offline Data option to upload.
