Problem Types

When creating a Service Ticket you can choose from a list of Problem Type (types of work) that best describe the issue or need.

Useful for grouping the Service Ticket List and reporting purposes.

Use the icon to add a new Problem Type or the icon to edit an item.

The Item Menu will allow you to delete an entry in the list unless this item is used in other data.
