Service Contracts

The Service Contracts option holds details of customer contracts outlining the scope and coverage of services you provide.

The terms of service, list of assets, period covered and SLA (Service Level Agreement) are visible.

This contract register maintains a history of all the service tickets, tasks, customer locations and anything related to this contract.

Status

Assets can grouped into Asset Types You can use the > icon to select from a list.

Contract Type

An asset can have the following status codes.

  • Stocked – you hold this asset for sale or as a replacement / loan unit.
  • Deployed – asset is deployed on a customer site or contract.
  • Disposed - asset has been disposed of / retired from service.
  • Recycled.

Customer

The code of the customer referenced on this contract.

Reference

Location of the asset. Use the > icon to view the location for this asset.

Support Calendar

Sub Location of the asset. Use the > icon to view any associated sub locations for this asset.

Start Date

Date this Contract is effective from. You use the icon to select from a date picker.

End Date

Date this Contract is expires or is due for renewal. You use the icon to select from a date picker.

Attachments

Add and manage any images or documents relevant to this contract.

You use the icon to display existing attachments or the + icon to add new.

To Allocated

Specifies the time allowed for a controller to allocate Service Tickets related to this contract. You use the icon to select from in minutes or hours.

To Scheduled

Specifies the time allowed for a controller to Schedule Tasks to this contract. You use the icon to select from in minutes or hours.

To Started

Specifies the time allowed for a controller to start Service Tickets related to this contract. You use the icon to select from in minutes or hours.

To Completed

Specifies the time allowed for a controller to complete Service Tickets related to this contract. You use the icon to select from in minutes or hours.
