Ticket Manager

The Ticket Manager option allows nominated users to view and manage service tickets for ALL users.

This facilitates situations where the allocated controller has become unavailable i.e. unexpected absence or has been suspended in Duet.

The item menu options available are as per the Service Tickets list.
