Ticket & Task Stages

Ticket & Task Stages allow you to track the progress of a ticket or task through manually entered stages of a its life.

These are in addition the the Duet system defined progress stages and therefore may add some useful information for users working with tickets and tasks.

An example may be a Task going from 'Working' to 'Awaiting Parts' then back again to 'Working'.

These stages allow you to define your own terms and complexity for progressing and reporting Tickets and Tasks.

The Stages can be linked to Ticket and Task Types defining which (if any) Stages appear for each Type and if they are mandatory or not.

Use of these Stages is optional.

Use the icon to add a new Stage or the icon to edit an item.

The Item Menu will allow you to delete an item in the list unless this item is used in other data.
