Downloading CSV Files

A number of data items that are used within the application can be downloaded to CSV (Comma-Separated Value) files. These include:

• Dimensions
• Addresses
• Suppliers
• Inventory
• Supplier / Inventory Price List

It is possible to amend the downloaded files (for example using a text editor or a spreadsheet program such as Excel) and then Re-Upload the amended data.

In addition, all Reports have an option to download the output as a CSV file.

Column Headings

Toggle the switch on if column headings should be included in the first row of the download file, or off if only the data rows should be downloaded.

Delimiter

Specify a single character to be used as a column delimiter in the download file. The default is a comma (",").
