Forgotten Password

If the user is unable to remember their password, then they can click the Forgotten your password link upon which they will be asked to confirm their user ID

Upon selecting Reset Password an email will be sent to the address registered against the user account with a temporary password to enable the user to access the system. After signing in with the temporary password the user will be asked to create a new permanent password.

Note: The password for the Administrator account cannot be reset in this way. A request to reset the Administrator password should be logged with support.
