History
The documents that are processed through Duet automatically maintain a history of events that occur throughout their lifecycle. This history can be viewed by users who have access to the documents.
Examples of events that a recorded in the history are:
- Document created
- Status of document changed
Types of document that maintain a history are:
- Timesheets
- Expenses
- Expense Claims
- Requisitions
- Service Tickets
- Tasks

Selecting the icon against a history entry will show further details about the entry. If the user has permissions they can also edit the user notes associated with the history entry:
