Search Tool

The search tool can be activated by selecting the icon. It enables you to filter a list of items down to only those which include the specified string of text.

By selecting the slider icon next to the search box, additional options can be selected to further refine the search:

Icon	Action
	Only include results containing words that begin with the specified search string.
	Only include results containing words that contain the specified search string (this is the default behaviour).
	Only include results containing words that end with the specified search string.
	Specifies that the search should be case sensitive (the default is case insensitive).

Example: to search a list of Service Tickets for items with a problem type of "MECH1", simply type "MECH1" in the search box. The list of data will be filtered to only include items that contain the entered string.
