Account
The Account option displays details of your user account and enables you to change certain details and preferences.
This view of your user details allows you to edit parts of the your personal details and perform a password change if required.
- Care must be taken if you change your email address as this is used in the Change Password process.
Your account is accessible from the Duet Dashboard, Tap your User Name.

Login Id
Your login id. Read-only.
User Id
The unique system id for your user account. Read-only.
Reference
Your employee reference. Read-only.
First Name
Your first name.
Last Name
Your last name.
Alias
The name by which you are usually referred to e.g. Andrew Gregory, Andy Gregory, Andrew C. Gregory etc. It is preferable if this value identifies you uniquely within your business, even if you share the same first and last names as another employee.
Your email address. System generated emails, e.g. password reset, are sent to this address.
Locale
Choose from a list. Your locale setting affects date & currency display format.
Notification Type
Choose from a list. The type of external notifications you will receive in addition to Duet internal notifications.
Maximum Offline Age
The number of days after which you will be automatically prompted to refresh your offline data. If set to 0, you will never be reminded.

Change Password
Initiate the password reset procedure.
Clear all data and Sign out
Deletes all cached data (e.g. offline timesheet, expense & requisition entries) from the device or web browser local storage.
Caution! deleted data cannot be recovered.
